How do I book direct?: Search our properties on this site, check availability, and book through our secure checkout. No middleman. No Airbnb fees. You save 10–15% and we handle everything personally.
What's your cancellation policy?: Cancel free up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 30 days of check-in, the reservation is non-refundable. We're flexible because life happens — call us if you need to work something out.
Can I visit before booking?: Yes. Schedule a tour by calling (720) 549-0306. We'll show you around, answer questions, and you'll know exactly what you're getting. No surprises.
Do you offer group discounts?: We do for larger bookings. The Farm and Fourmile Estate work well for weddings, retreats, and celebrations. Email us your dates and group size and we'll quote you.
