Everything you need to know before arrival
The house sleeps 14: 6 real beds — 1 king and 5 queens — plus two double-height queen inflatables for anyone who'd rather not share a bed. Nobody ends up on a couch.
Pick your dates, tell us who's coming, and we pencil them in for you — no payment, no card on file. Reply to the quote we send with what the trip is (a 70th, a reunion, a long-overdue weekend) and Phill or Paige make it an official 48-hour hold: we stop offering those dates to anyone else while the family decides.
Yes — we partner with local chefs and can line one up for a dinner (or a few) during your stay. Stay 4+ nights and the chef's night is on us: we cover the chef, you cover the food. The kitchen is chef-ready either way, and cooking together at the big table is half the reason families book this house.
You walk in at ground level — the garage and entry are on the bottom floor — and the bedrooms are on the second and third floors, so plan on stairs between floors. We've hosted three and four generations at once (grandparents included). If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, ask us and we'll walk through the layout room by room before you hold your dates.
