Hi —
We’re Phill and Paige,
and we travel a lot.
Maybe too much. We’ve stayed in apartments in Italy, casitas in Mexico, cabins in Colorado, lofts in Tokyo, and more Airbnbs than we can count. Some have been incredible — the kind of place you remember years later. The host who left a hand-drawn treasure map to their favorite tacos. The coffee setup that made you genuinely happy at 6 a.m. A kitchen so well-stocked you actually wanted to cook in it. A bathroom that feels like a small spa instead of a small confession booth.
Others have been forgettable at best. Stained sheets. Cheap soap. A four-page list of rules taped to the fridge.
The good ones taught us what travel can be. The bad ones taught us why most short-term rentals miss the mark.

We love living in Boulder, playing in Boulder, and sharing it with others. When we started buying homes in Boulder, we made each other a promise: every place we put on the market would be somewhere we’d actually want to stay ourselves. Somewhere truly special. Not “good enough.” Not “people will deal with it.”
“A place we want to stay.” That became the bar.
- True comfort, real luxury. Beds, sheets, and towels better than most 5-star hotels.
- A real coffee setup. Fresh, locally-roasted beans — not a dusty Keurig with one stale pod.
- A kitchen designed for incredible meals. Because cooking somewhere new is half the fun. (Paige is a chef.)
- Light, air, plants, books, art. Tucked in here and there — the small things that make a house feel lived-in.
- Local recommendations, tailored. For you and the people you’re traveling with, not a copy-pasted city guide.

Our homes are special, and you’ll know it the moment you arrive.
The Farm sits on five acres with sweeping mountain views, expansive sunrises and sunsets, a barn, a few animals, and the kind of quiet you forget exists. Pine puts you two blocks from Pearl Street, with morning walks and the kind of cafes you can disappear into for an hour. The Orphan Boy Goldmine is seven acres of forest, pond, and river — built on an 1880s gold claim — that mysteriously resets your nervous system about an hour after you arrive, with a one-of-a-kind private luxury spa experience.
Each one has its own gravity. Each one is its own kind of trip.
We’re not running a portfolio. We’re running five or six homes that we love, in a town we love, for people who travel the way we do — slowly, curiously, with the goal of actually living somewhere instead of just passing through.
If that sounds like your kind of trip, we’d love to host you.
