Tucked into the pines of Fourmile Canyon, just minutes from downtown Boulder, this seven-acre hideaway is where your crew disappears from the world and the celebration begins. A private river and pond ripple through the property, golden aspens frame the deck, and the only traffic is the occasional deer wandering through. Close enough to roll into Pearl Street for rooftop cocktails, boutique shopping, and a night out — far enough that what happens at the canyon stays at the canyon. It's the rare spot where you can sip mimosas in robes by the water at sunrise and toast under a blanket of stars by midnight, with all of you under one roof and not a neighbor in sight.

Neighborhood highlights Secluded an quiet, you're amongst nature and the mountains. Getting around We are about 20 minutes from downtown Boulder. Please note during the winter months you will want a 4 wheel drive vehicle, though the roads are very well plowed (we are in a priority 1 plow district, so we are always the first to be plowed). Going up the canyon you can lose cell reception so please make sure to plan accordingly.

We hosted our wedding ceremony here with both families, and it could not have been more perfect. The house handled our large group with ease and never once felt cramped. The beds were incredibly comfortable plus tons of extra pillows and blankets for everyone.<br/>The kitchen setup was a nice surprise too, with three different types of coffee makers to keep the whole family caffeinated and happy. The location felt wonderfully secluded, with a gorgeous water view where we spotted brook trout swimming everyday. The trails behind the property were a great bonus & we saw so many different types of birds on our walks.<br/>And the garage full of games was hands-down a favorite for everyone! I used the rock wall in my wedding dress, lol! it kept both families entertained and brought people together all weekend.<br/>This place made our wedding week feel relaxed, special, and full of good memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, spacious spot to host a family gathering!

Phillip and Paige were great hosts! They had a special welcome basket full goodies for us when we arrived. They stock their home with ample towels and toiletries incase you forgot your own. Their space was perfect for large groups and kept us entertained.

Location is beautiful, all of your needs are covered, and you’ll never have to leave the property to have a blast.
